YES!! Finally, a product that is worth my time to share with all of you. This particular product is called Skin Effects by Jeffrey Dover, specifically the kit is for Skin Polishing and Resurfacing.

This particular product is difficult to find online for some reason. I found it in my local CVS. So check out those shelves if you're interested in trying this product.

First of all, the kit comes with two pieces. One is in a small jar, called the Resurfacing treatment. when you open it, is has this delightful orange/ tangerine smell. The directions say to take a bit in both sets of fingertips and rub gently in circles on your entire clean and damp face for 60 seconds. ( I count because one minute is longer than we think it is) The particles in this treatment warm when they touch your skin and cool in the air. It feels like the skin is opening up. Very nice sensation.

Then the other product is a medium sized tube with a silver cap called the Polishing Treatment. Without skipping a beat, pour the serum into your hands, careful it's runny! and rub ON TOP OF the Resurfacing treatment. Also do this for 1 minute. Then wash with warm water.

It is so refreshing, and ladies, and men, this works. I am not kidding.

I have had the product for 2 weeks. It tells you to use it 3-4 times a week. I have had skin issues for all of my life. I have olive colored skin, you can tell in the picture, i am a light skinned woman of color. I have oily oily oily oily skin and I have been on the hunt for a product that doesn't burn, itch, make me scream, make it worse, or ruin my life. :)

This is one of those products. Within the first hour after the FIRST day, my skin felt glorious and my acne scare were definitely faded. Within 3 days, I hadn't even finished the week yet and my worst scars, (the old ones that you feel like you just want to get a skin graft to remove) were a faint mark of the past!

Women of color, if you are struggling, you skin is probably sensitive, and the products on the market are filled with chemicals and rocks to rub and scrap your gorgeous skin, it doesn't have to be that way.

Try Skin Effects, chose a skin concern you have, and pick accordingly. the line is very comprehensive and very good. The price range is in the middle. By that I mean $10 and up. If you shop in the right places, and use those coupons or rewards card, you can come out like me with fabulous skin and only a $9 investment. Sure beats the dermatologist!
