HERE IS TASTY SPICY DISH WITH CAULIFLOWER SUITABLE TO SERVE WITH CHAPPATIES,APPAM OR DOSA.

INGREDIENTS:

CAULIFLOWER,ONION(2).GREEN CHILLI(2),CARROT(1),TOMATO(1/2),BRINJAL(OPTIONAL,1),CHILLI POWDER(1/2TSP),CORIANDER POWDER(2TSP),PEPPER POWDER(1TSP),TURMERIC POWDER(A PINCH),SALT AS REQUIRED.CORIANDER LEAVES.COCONUT MILK POWDER.PINCH OF GARAM MASALA

METHOD.:

CUT THE CAULIFLOWER INTO MEDIUM SIZED FLORETS AND DIP IN LUKE WARM WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES INORDER TO CLEAN IT.

CUT THE ONION,CARROT,BRINGAL INTO SMALL PIECES.KEEP ASIDE HALF OF THE CUT ONIONS.

NOW PUT THE CUT VEGETABLES INTO A MIXTER AND CORSLY GRIND IT FOR A FEW MINUTES,ADD 1 CHILLI TO IT AND GRIND .

NOW PUT A PAN ON THE STOVE AND ADD SOME OIL,WHEN THE PAN IS HOT ADD MUSTARD,RED CHILLIE.WAIT FOR THE MUSTARD SEEDS TO BURST.

NOW ADD THE CUT ONIONS KEPT ASIDE AND COOK IT FOR A FEW SECONDS,ADD GREEN CHILLI CUT.

AFTER THE ONION GETS A BROWNISH TINT ADD THE GROUND VEGETABLES AND COOK.

AFTER A FEW MINUTES ADD THE CAULIFLOWER FLORETS,ADD ENOUGH WATER,1 CUP OR LESS.LET THE FLORETS COOK.

ADD CHILLI POWDER,CORIANDER POWDER,PEPER POWDER AND MIX WELL.

AFTER THE CURRY BEGINS TO BOIL ADD GARAM MASALA ,IT WILL EMIT GREAT AROMA AND WILL SMELL LIKE CHICKEN CURRY.

WHEN THE CAULIFLOWER IS WELL COOKED,ADD COCONUT MILK HALF CUP.(POWDER IN WARM WATER).

ALLOW THE DISH TO BOIL.

LATER ADD CURRY LEAVES OR CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE.
