Find your spiritual self in the eating process:
1. Imagine what you do not want:
Fat belly, fat expanded rear end, fat face, obesity, heart attack, hypertension, heart attack, loss of control, shame, feeling depressed, out of control snacking, eating bad food, loss of control, overeating, looking fat, a heart attack, not being able to get up off the floor or walk up the stairs.

2. Strongly intend to achieve the weight and size you really want INTEND STRONGLY.
To lose weight, focus on your goal size and shape, plan what you eat and eat what you plan, be in great shape, to look my best, to follow my eating plan, to feel good about myself, to feel and be healthy with good health habits, feel attractive, be slender, wear a size x outfit.

3. Clear you mind of negativity, preconceptions that defocus or block you from your intentions.
Sit still in a quiet place 3-15 minutes, once or twice a day, and meditate on your specific intention, the specific result that you want. Feel what it would be like to have achieved your intention. Then imagine that you have achieved your intention now, that you are at your desired goal weight and size, and feel gratitude for this gift from the Universal Spiritual Force (or God).

4. Take the little action that is required to get you in touch with the gift you will get from The Universal Force. Yes, sometimes you do not have to do anything to get what you want. It is given to you by The Universal Force. Take the little actions that come your way in the meditation, act on the insights you receive. When you feel like you want to eat, just accept that feeling and do nothing about it. Don't eat. Just accept that feeling of discomfort you call hungry. Do not fight against yourself by burying your feeling with food. If you fight against your feelings with food, if you are done by food, you will eventually become a pile of food, and not a spiritual creature. Let the spirit guide your Intentions into you. Place your request into the universe. Let it go. Don't.

5. Accept the gift that is given to you when you are given what you want by the Universal Force. Feel gratitude for the gift and now it is your job to take care of it forever.
