Safe travels

When you travel around the world, either as a turist or as a buisnessman, you have to be careful, in a lot of countries there´s a great danger of getting infected, by a number of diseases, and one of the dangerous ones, is hepatitis, a liverinfection that can be lethal, if not treated properly.

So when you travel around be sure to follow some simple rules to minimize, the chances of getting infected, as much as possible. I have some pieces of advice for you here, and i hope you will read them and remember them, because no matter where you go, there´s always a risk.

1. If you are thirsty, don´t buy your water on the street, if someone´s trying to sell it to you, and don´t drink from any cans, waterholes, or barrels, that look suspecius, make sure you buy your water in bottles, in a local supermarket, or shop, so you are sure that the water is clean.
2. Be careful what you eat, food can also be an excellent source to infection, make sure your food is cooked properly, don´t eat anything that looks questionable, or you haven´t seen getting cooked.
3. The personal hygiene, an extremely, important factor, if it´s possible try to get two, good baths a day, and make sure your nails are cleaned right, and you are washed proberly from top to toe.

If you follow these simple advices, or at least try to do so, you minimized the chances of getting infected, please notice that i said minimized, not totally secure, because that´s impossible, but you have done some good work to return safe, to your home again.

So keep this in mind, travelling is great, seeing a lot of different cultures is great, and there´s a lot of adventures out there, just waiting for you, so as long as you travel with a common sence in your backpack, a long with a little knowledge about where you are going and what to look out for, then you travel safe, and then you have time to enjoy the adventure.
