Salad of artichokes and truffles

Ingredients

For 3 persons:

3 artichokes
black truffle
100 gr. parmigiano reggiano
500 gr. mixed salad
lemon
salt
Fresh black pepper
extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Clean the artichokes by depriving them of the outer leaves, remove the tips, "Split in half and remove the beards internal cut into pieces and put them in water and lemon.

Wash and dry the mixed salad and place it in dishes, cut the artichokes into slices and place them on the salad.
Cut the Parmesan cheese and lay carefully it over the salad.

Slice and add the truffle at the salad prepared before.
Dress it with oil, few drops of lemon, salt and fresh black pepper.
