Prepare To Hit Your Sales Target

The process I use to prepare myself for a good week is as follows:

Sunday Morning: Remind myself ow good the week was last week, give myself positive feedback

Sunday Evening: Develop a  picture of what the next week will look like using either a whiteboard and coloured pens or software such as XMind. Mindmap the week using the end result of hitting the sales target being set and everything else leading to that point.

Monday Morning: Visualise the whiteboard at work full of appointments and confirmed appointments in the ratio required to produce sales pitches and confirmed sales. Knowing the numbers is the critical factor to getting this right, keeping the business owner happy and getting my bonus so I always keep a record of the previous weeks figures and use that as my reference point.
