Make Quick Sambar

Saturday afternoons are lazy for making lunch leaving curses on the last night's heavy parties. This receipe below would help the best to make a fast lunch without any hold on your lunch.

Below contents is for one person, for more add proportionately

Cut 2 Onions and 1 tomato (medium sized),  2 green chillies, 1 potato/ 1 Brinjal/ 1 Radish, Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon. Boil all these ingredients with Toor Dal/ Moong Dal in a rice pressure cooker (microwave takes more time). Once this is done, add 2 teaspoon of oil and some mustard in a pan. Add the cooked ingredients to this pan with Oil and Mustard. Add some 3 teaspoons of salt (suggested to add as per need). Add 2 teaspoons of readymade or home made Sambar Powder. Without Sambar powder also this would taste good. Sambar Powder would add to more taste.

Enjoy your fast sambar curry with white cooked rice. Delicious !!!!

One or more ingredients would be avoided to fasten the make of this receipe. But Dont worry you will have a great meal :))
