I bought the Samsung BD-P2500 Blu-ray Disc Player especially because it has the capacity to play movies from my Netflix Queue instantly. I was quite annoyed because it took me a lot of time to set the player up but after setting it up it was perfect. My router is quite a distance away from the TV and it was not possible to connect an Ethernet cable between my router and the DVD player.

After reading the instruction manual, I bought the Net gear Power line Ethernet Adaptor kit that comes with 2 adaptors. I connected one of the adaptors to my router's back and the other to my blu-ray DVD player and the problem was solved. There is no need for any configurations or settings to be adjusted for the connection. I just turned on the Samsung BD-P2500 Blu-ray Disc player and I was able to connect it to the Internet and download the latest firmware.

In order to access my Netflix queue, I just had to press the red button that is present on the bottom of the remote control, which comes along with the player. I have access to thousands of movies from the Netflix queue to watch whenever I need to watch them. The first movie that I watched with my Samsung BD-P2500 Blu-ray Disc Player was Twilight, which was an amazing experience. The picture quality was the best that I have seen on my TV. I have the Samsung LN52A650 television in my home and the Samsung player suited it perfectly to give me the best picture.

The player has a feature called "BD Live". If we play blu-ray discs with this feature we can connect to the internet and search for extra features. I tried with the new movie disc and I found some interesting features on the internet. This feature also helps us download games. I am very happy with my purchase of Samsung BD-P2500 Blu-ray Disc Player. The player supports DVD Up conversion and has good sound tracking. The player is stylish and upgradeable. If there are new features, we can upgrade the firmware and the features can be upgraded to our player.

The player gives an amazing experience with home theater since the sound quality is superb.If we had a plasma TV then it would be still more beautiful to watch movies on it with this player connected. The player has consistent performance and it is very easy to load movies from Netflix. The remote control is also good and easy to use as it has intuitive controls. If we need to use Netflix feature then we have to remove the movie disc, if any, from the player which is annoying. Other than that I would say the player is a good one to use.
