San Diego Zoo Guide

San Diego zoo is a must when in San Diego. The zoo is a magnificent place and is somewhere that the whole family will enjoy going to. There is heaps there so make sure you check it out.

San Diego was founded in the year 1916. The zoo is world-famous and spreads out over more than 100 acres. It houses more than 4,000 rare and endangered species, 6,500 varieties of birds, mammals, reptiles, and over 6,500 varieties of exotic plants. Some must see things at the zoo are the Polar Bear Plunge, Giant Pandas, Tiger River, and the Children's Zoo.
