A sand sculpture is a sculpture made of only sand and water. These sculptures can be in almost any shape, size or form. Sand art can be commonly seen in beaches all over the world, and the most important thing to note here is that they are made out of only natural materials, making sure that they are environmentally friendly. Humans, animals, plants or any other form can be sculpted out of sand.

Humans always have the natural tendency to play with sand. Sand sculptures are the best way to learn 3D sculpting. It is very interesting and brings out the artistic talent and creativity inside you. If you have access to good sand and a few techniques, then there is nothing that can hinder you from bringing out a sculpture, except the one restriction, that is gravity.

Another sad thing about this amazing art is, the guarantee is for a day. There is very little chance that you will see it the next day. It is transient, temporary and vivid. But this art is a relaxing thing to do when in the beach. You spend time shaping and carving the sand and slowly the sculpture appears.
