There was not much attention for Sangria recipe that use white wine. Authnetic Sangria uses red wine. This one is an outsanding Sangria recipe for wine lover who preferred white wine.

Ingredients

-1 bunch (large handful) Green grapes

-1-2 Ripe pears, sliced

-2 ripe Peaches, sliced. No need to peel.

-1 small Nectarine

-2 light colored plums, sliced or diced. There are nice golden ones available.

-1 Lemon, sliced. Whatever fruits you choose don't forget the one lemon.

-1/2 cup sugar

-1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc wine.

-1 cup Cointreau or Grand Marnier

-1 cup Citrus Vodka (you choose your favorite brand)

-Optional: 1-Liter Club Soda

Mixing

1. This have lot of ingredients. You will need a large pitcher or two standard size pitcher.

2, Fill it up with fruits

3. Add sugar and wine

4. Stir and allows time for the sugar to dissolve

5. Add Citrus Vodka and Cointreau or Grand Marneir

6. If you want it to be a lighter version, add club soda

A way to make your Sangria fizzy. Fill up the Sangria half a glass and top it off with club soda. It is a good way to make the Sangria lasts longer.
