Sanjeev Kapoor is the most celebrated face of Indian cuisine today. He is a popular face not only in India, but also abroad. He is Chef extraordinaire, TV show host, author of best-selling cookbooks, restaurant consultant, architect of a unique range of food products under the brand name of Sanjeev Kapoor’s Khazana and Winner of numerous culinary awards. Sanjeev Kapoor’s popular Cookery Show on Zee TV ‘Khana Khazana’ has won the ‘Best Cookery Show’ award from IndianTelevisionAcademy and is one of the longest running TV shows in any category on any channel. Another popular cookery show of Sanjeev Kapoor is ‘Rasoi Khajina’ on DD Sahavadri. Sanjeev Kapoor has won numerous awards including the ‘Brand Leadership Award’ and ‘Hall of the Fame Award’ for his excellent contribution to the field of hospitality.
Sanjeev Kapoor, also fondly called as ‘Kitchen King’ started out in the hospitality industry in 1984 with a diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, New Delhi. He started his career in the ITDC. Sanjeev Kapoor is on the board of Singapore Airlines International Culinary Panel. His Home Brand Sanjeev Kapoor’s Khazana , TV Program Khana Khazana and numerous bestseller cookery books are liked by all. He also proved his dancing skills by participating in a popular dance show Jhalak Dikhla Ja, on Sony Entertainment Television in 2006. Sanjeev Kapoor also featured in Richard Quests programme in CNN and has been the chief speakers at the World of Flavor in the year 2005 , an International Conference and Food Festival organized by the Culinary Institute of America.
