Whilst working as a waitress and barmaid in Manchester, she entered the UK talent-search show "Popstars The Rivals" and became famous when she was picked to become the 5th memeber of a group called "girls aloud" a manufactured pop group.

Her full name is "Sarah Nicole Harding" born in Manchester, England. The hard-party goer, heavy drinker Girls Aloud singer has said she admires Oasis' Liam Gallagher for his wild ways but hates celebrities who check into rehab saying "Only pussies go to rehab". She admits to being a bit of a geezer-bird and receives most of her attention from her constant partying and drinking but judging by her sexy pictures Its hard to imagine.

Sarah was voted Top 30 sexiest women in the world a few times. Outside of Girls Aloud, Sarah signed a £100,000 modelleling deal “Sarah isn’t afraid to show off her body - she’s got a great figure and she knows it.“The other "Girls Aloud" girls aren’t as confident about their bodies as Sarah so it’s not something they would go for. They have done sexy shoots for lads mags but doing a modelling deal in just bra and pants is not the same thing.”

Harding has filmed a cameo appearance in a British independent film called Bad Day, due for release in 2007.
