Savings account payday loans are a kind of payday loan that allows borrowers to utilize their savings accounts so that they can either be approved for the loan, or so that they can be approved for a higher denomination. The more money that is present within a borrower’s savings account the more trust the payday loan lender can place in that borrower’s ability to payback the loan. This enables a borrower to obtain a payday loan at an amount up to either the total amount present within their savings account, or the maximum limit the lender previously has set. Savings account payday loans are great for people who don’t have a lot of additional income leftover after their expenses are paid for, and by utilizing the money in their savings account they can get the cash they need fast.

Savings Account Payday Loan Requirements

To get a savings account payday loan you still need to have a few more factors in line besides just having a savings account in most cases. Most lenders that make these kinds of payday loans still abide by the same standards as most payday loan lenders do. First you obviously need to have a savings account in good standing. The actual account should not be located overseas, or in the Caymans, and rather should be located in the appropriate country of origin.

Next you should have a job or some sort of demonstrable income. Most lenders want to see that a borrower makes at least eight hundred dollars per month on a regular basis. You should then be sure to have all of the required identification the lender may require, and you should know that most lenders won’t accept any applications from individuals under the age of eighteen.

Where to Find Your Loan

Once you think that you have your application in check, you must then find a lender that makes savings account payday loans. You could try to find a lender that has a physical location, but most of the time it is much easier to just go online and find a lender that can work with you directly via the Internet. Lenders that can work with you online can typically deposit the amount of your loan directly into your bank account once they have fully approved your application, and most of the time the application process can be done entirely over the web. Not all payday loan lenders offer savings account payday loans, but it is fairly easy to find some that do. Look for any lenders that are explicitly advertising using the terms “savings account” and “payday loan” and you should easily be able to identify a few that you may want to apply to.

Once you have found a lender that you may want to work with it is then important to verify that the lender is in fact who they say they are. The best ways to do this are by either doing a few searches online and then seeing if the company has a significant online presence, or by contacting the better business bureau. Once you have verified that the lender is legitimate, it is then time to apply for your savings account payday loan.

Applying and Getting Approved

Most lenders that offer savings account payday loans will be able to approve you in full once they have received your completed loan application and other documents they may require. It should be noted that some lenders will require  you to submit to a credit check, and this should not be cause for concern as most of the time it is merely a formality for most payday loan lenders. This is not to say that some lenders don’t unapprove borrowers for reasons having to do with their credit, it just means that the majority of lenders don’t consider a borrower’s credit as a disqualifying factor and it is rarely a reason for denial.

Once you are approved you will receive your funds either by direct deposit or via mail, whichever method you choose. It is important to look over you loan documents and other materials closely as they will contain the terms of your loan and the rates and fees you must pay. Savings account payday loans are no different than conventional payday loans in that they carry exorbitant rates and fees much higher than typical bank loans. To avoid being stuck with a loan that you don’t feel comfortable paying back you should try and look over the terms of your loan before they issue you a final approval, this way you can reject any loan that might not feel right.

In Conclusion

A savings account payday loan can enable borrowers to leverage the money in their savings account so that they can get the money they need quickly. There are fewer payday loan lenders that offer these kinds of specialty payday loans, so as a borrower you may have to do some digging online to find the right lender. Once you find a lender that you want to do business with then it becomes just a question of being approved, and once you are then you can enjoy the benefits of a savings account payday loan.
