Bollywood's Hot Actress Sayali Bhagat

Sayali Bhagat, the winner of the Femina Miss India 2004 contest, chose the modelling industry to get a foothold in films.  

Sayali, named after a flower, is a management student from Mumbai University. She has plenty of poise and charm which makes her the favourite of movie lovers. Sayali made her Bollywood debut with The Train opposite Emraan Hashmi and of course with a kiss!

Says Sayali on her first on-screen Kiss: Emraan makes you feel very comfortable, relaxed and nice so it wasn`t very scary. Emraan is a gem. It`s a great opportunity to have him as an onscreen husband and to kiss him.  Sayali made news when she once stumped Rahul Dravid on an MTV Bakra show by proposing to him. `My dream hero is Dilip Kumar but my favourite cricketer is Irfan Pathan,` said Bhagat.

Former Miss India Sayali Bhaghat and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik are set to do a film together. Sayali and Shoaib are set to act together in a film to be made by Wilson Louis. Sayali is already working in Louis’ film ‘Shout’. Shoaib has already had a meeting with Louis and has liked the film’s script and expressed his desire to act as well. Sayali, too, is thrilled by the script and looking forward to shoot the film next year.  

Sayali`s attitude towards south India cinema changed after she set her foot in Tollywood. She said, `I thought acting in South Indian films wouldn`t work out. I`ve changed my mind after working here and I want to make it in Tollywood.` Her role model is Baba Amte. She idolises him for his selfless service and the work that he has done for the welfare of tribals and lepers. She has even worked in a documentary about his life
