Schizophrenia 3
67Part 3. The many and varied characteristics exhibited by the schizophrenic state are the attempt to explain the jump into Right-Brain orientation, and the unconscious phenomenon of Precognition. One creates explanations as befits their own individual capabilities, and relative to their education, class, religious and spiritual beliefs and background. Thus people will create all sorts of manifestations, such as invisible friends, and forces of every conceivable kind. These invisible forces are thought to create the actualization of thought reality-commands. Or these may not be commands, but simply thoughts that come to fruitition. The individual can come to believe that they are responsible for all so many things, both good and bad.
One may explain the phenomenon by the use of conventional logic, but may also realize its limitations. One is always engaged with conspiratorial organizations, which are deemed actual, and which will usually take the forms of 'for and against', so that one is constantly engaged in political warfare, between positive and paranoia inducing forces.
Though as an art form in itself, that may be worthwhile up to a point, for what one can learn about the exterior control of one's consciousness, a more versatile explanation is 'Magical Thinking', where one may be one's own agent. This means the ability to command by thought, where the agents of one's commands are non-physical. With Magical Thinking one does not need physical actors as a conspiracy of allies and enemies.
The phenomenon of 'reality-command' is done by supernatural forces, that can read one's mind in the manner that God is said to be able to divine prayer. If one interprets the phenomenon religiously, it makes it all really easy. God is creating the changes and God is within one. Moreover one may be God's agent or one might even BE God.

Another aspect of the problem is Mental Telepathy. Because the individual assumes they are powerful and perhaps famous, they may assume the power of interacting with equally famous and powerful people. Because reality of course does not support the actual physical interaction in any way whatsoever, a type of magical thinking may be resorted too, where Telepathy is employed.
Via Mental Telepathy, the individual may assume they communicate with people they have never physically met. Of course this may not be totally irrational. There may be proof. This proof again, can only be explained by Precognition. If one follows say a star, really closely through the media, one may by telepathy advise them on some course of action. If it is reported that the star has taken this course, as was the unconscious precognitive suggestion, then the individual may assume that the telepathy was received, expecially if many instances of this are apparent, enforcing the idea of communication with distant strangers.
One may develop a whole community of actual and real powerful and famous people, that they believe they communicate with by telepathy, and this could also include dead people, ghosts, spirits, and any of a host of world leaders in any or all fields.
The state of Schizophrenia, generally is a condition of sensory, emotional and intellectual exaggeration, which corresponds to the heightened sense of self-importance and grandiosity. Some manifestations of Schizophrenia could be said to be a battle and a coming to grips, with antagonisms between, what is the truth of one's true character, that is suppressed in the unconscious, and the conscious mind and personality.
A couple of other theories might be pertinent, concerning two opposite states. The first state is that of a psychological clean slate, without a lot of suppressed intellectual, sexual, moral and religious or emotional baggage. In this case the state of schizophrenia may be that of absolute, beatific ecstacy, so powerful that one may appear to be raving. The reason for this may be that the individual goes almost completely with the right-brain orientation, instead of the left-brain intellectual and emotional psychology and conventional logic, and all its convoluted machinations.
The second and opposite state may be exceedingly murky, because the individual has an extremely suppressed psychology, where the individual's intellectual, emotional or spiritual value systems are in complete antagonism with the body, feelings and emotions. The individual may create voices, which may be exaggerated thinking, with the volume turned up, but not to be confused with auditory hallucinations as physiological malfunction. The theory here is that these voices are a form of communication with the suppressed unconscious, elements of which the conscious mind may reject out of hand. For example the individual may have suppressed feelings of bisexuality, that is totally rejected by the conscious mind. A character and voice may be created that expresses the bisexual propensity.

The conflict between the conscious and unconscious may take the form of normal conscious thinking and created voices, representing elements of the unconscious. These may represent all the suppressed rage, anger, hatred, self-hatred and pity, low self-esteem, valuelessness and nonconforming suppressed natural bodily inclinations that are in conflict with what is accepted in one's culture. These voices can also be constructed as different characters, that represent differing conflicts, as good characters representing the ideal self, and an evil characters representing one's unconscious incompatibilities.
The state of Schizophrenia often manifests itself in sometimes bizarre forms, the result of sexual suppression, as the true sexual feelings and orientations, that are in conflict with the adopted norms of the conscious self. In this state, true feelings and sexual inclinations often arise as truth, which has been suppressed into the unconscious. The manifestations may be unusually disguised, such as visitors outside ones house in the night, which may actually be illusions based on real sensory criterion, but exagerated into fictional characters.
Another aspect of the schizophrenic experience may be the exhibition of multiple personalities. Not only might these be manifestations of the unconscious, but conscious creations as well. Because the individual believes themselves so important, they may want to know the ways in which important people think, act, make decisions, walk, talk or wheel and deal, and they themselves may want to act the part. If one can ascertain the motives of various characters, one should be able to ascertain the decisions these would make in real circumstance, and from those motives be able to act in accordance in one's own real circumstance.
LEARNING TOOL:
From this point on: Schizophrenia is discussed as a 'Learning Tool'. The question is not so much what is happening, but rather with this extraordinary state thrust upon one, what should one do with this extraordinary power. Should one totally and utterly reject it, or accept it as a unique opportunity to do good, serve the self or others, or even for one's own self-serving ends.
The true power of schizophrenia as a Learning Tool is the power to believe what is not true. With this power one can construct any number of unrealities, from which one can learn more in a week than perhaps in many years. Supercan can be anyone, can change personas at the drop of a hat, and can believe the impossible. This power of belief means that one, by believing themselves to possess the same powers, as for instance famous and powerful characters in history or in present day, can learn to understand the logic, that was and is necessary, to the particular time and function of those individual and then can assume their roles, objectives, motives, duties, and responsibilities. If Supercan believes one can change events, and perhaps control the course of history, by believing this, one can come to understand why the world is the way it is.
Since the actual reality is almost always totally contradictory to one's illusion of greatness and power, logic must be constructed which supports one's less than illustrious circumstances. To preserve the state of Supercan, one needs to construct a new logic. Because this logic would be completely contradicted by ordinary reality, it must be constructed such that it can coexist and be coincident with the everyday world, or else one would need to live in a totally isolated state. Also this logic will necessarily conform to the capabilities of the 'Right Brain', as general, symbolic, art as language, metaphor, analogy or double entendre and thought-command propensities.
Thus the character must construct a logic that enforces this new-found sense of power and somebody, and that also works in reality. Am I a deluded idiot? I think not. However there is no known existing logic that encompasses this experience, not secular or religious. The individual must construct their own. This logic is created in the form of possible scenarios, relative to one's personal history. A grounding in self-analysis, critical thinking, philosophy, literature and travel may be of a tremendous help or even necessary to the the successful negotiation of this experience, as a learning tool. Without it one may be limited in their ability to use it, and to understand its significance.
The term schizophrenia is from the Greek meaning split-mind. The schizophrenic has the old mind, emotions, ego and identity, the Conventional Logic, but now is confronted with a new reality, where the old logic does not apply. If the schizophrenic state is used as a learning tool, a logic is constructed that gives one the abilities to use this illusion to learn.

Thanks for your interest. Have a memory such that it would never allow me to be a professional, if indeed I had such an inclination. However all my theories derive from personal experience as exploration from inside.
