Schwinn makes bikes for more than one hundred years and Schwinn engineers know what they do. Schwinn fitness equipment is a great way to get exercise in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Schwinn 231 Recumbent Bike, which is never model than famous Schwinn 213, is no exception.

Schwinn 231 boasts all the high-quality features of the Schwinn 213, but adds several extras, including a nicer, easier-to-read instrument panel with a three-position angle adjustment, a better cooling fan, a slightly lower pedal height that produces a more comfortable riding position, and an easy step-through frame.

Schwinn 231 is the top model from Recumbent Bikes line: 203, 230 and 231.

It has 16 resistance levels from easiest for beginners to rather hard even for experienced riders.

The Schwinn 231 recumbent bike comes with all the tools you need to put the bike together so no need for the toolbox. It took about an hour to assemble it, but if you don't know how you can go to any sporting goods store and have them assemble it. It will cost a bit more for them to deliver and assemble it but it will get put together and you will not have to worry about it.

When assembling was finished, I saw compact and comfortable recumbent exercise bike in my room. Design is really perfect and suite for any appartment.

Among other features I like that Schwinn 231 has handlebars with an integrated heart rate monitor built into the grip. The handiest feature, however, is unquestionably the anatomically designed recumbent seat, which not only offers a dual-position lumbar support for added comfort, but also a padded base that adjusts in the for/aft positions to accommodate a variety of body types and sizes.

Most advantage as for me is a quite work. There is NO NOISE AT ALL.

The Schwinn 231 Bike is really a great piece of fitness equipment and truly worth the cost of about $550 in good health and keeping yourself in shape.
