Scojo is an optical goods company specializing in high quality reading glasses. Originally founded by Mr. SCOtt Berrie and Dr. JOrdan Kassalow, hence the name ScoJo. the company recently changed hands and is a part of OGI.

Scojo's tagline is "Eyewear for People who Love to Read". With nice quality european zyls, tr90 memory plastics, modern metals and details like springe hinges and polycarbonate lenses it would be hard not to love the reading glasses. The Tribeca line has been around since the company's inception and is made up of bold, distinctive eyewear pieces that reflect the spirit of the area of New York that bears its name. With collections ranging from Gels, to Popeyes, to Tribeca and their latest adition the Metro, there is something for everyone.

Gels are the bread and butter of Scojo Vision. The Gels Collection is comprised of simple shapes infused with bright, exciting colors. The Gels are light and comfortable crafted of TR-90 memory plastic and top quality scratch resistant lenses. They have recently been redesigned with a multiple point mounting to be even more durable than ever.

Popeyes by Scojo are by and far one of the most popular styles of compact reading glasses. The original Popeyes styling were frameless in a slick, compact self contained metal case. They later expanded upon this style to introduce Popeye O and Z. These styles have since been replaced by Popeye X and Q, these offer similar styling but don't live up to the original. There was also Popeye Ice that was discontinued, they have now been replaced by Popeye Glitz- a lovely option for crystal reading glasses.

The Tribeca Collection has been around since the inception of Scojo. Names after the streets in the neighborhood where Scojo was originally formed you can find styles ranging from Bowery to Vestry Street and discontinued frames such as Courtland Alley or White Street. This line crafted of top quality european zyls, modern modal metals, spring hinges and aspheric lenses the quality is exceptional for an over the counter pair of reading glasses.

The Metro Collection is the latest addition to the Scojo family. Thy were designed at a lower price point and do not match the quality of the other Scojo products.
