By Hello, hello,

Hello my friends! This is a recipe which does it itself which is handy for us poor, busy women. I hope you like it and wish you success.

SCOTT'S MEAT LOAF

400 g minced meat (low fat)

2 tablespoon very finely cut onions

2 tablespoon dried pepper (or according to taste)

75 g Scott's Porridge Oats

3 tablespoon tomato puree

2 eggs

1 teaspoon mixed herbs (I usual put more in)

salt and pepper

Mix ingredients well. Put mixture in a 1 kilo loaf tin and bake it at 180oC, 350oF, Gas Mark 4, for about 55 - 60 minutes.

You can serve it hot or cold.

Wish you success and you enjoy it.
