Scrub and oily skin care
65oily skin treatment methods
There are three main types of skin and they are the following: normal, dry/sensitive and oily skin. Oily skin is more susceptible to acne and because of that you have to take care of yourself in order to be sure you're not going to have pimples all over your face and some things you don't want to. It's very important to have a proper skin care if you do want to have a healthy life. Here's is what you can do, in the meantime:
- aloe vera - it's good in order to pull the oil from the skin; the oil from the glands beneath the skin is going to be to much (because of hormonal changes or imbalance) and because of that is often that is going to get through the skin and you could have thing like blackheads, pimples and stuff like this. This is very good to take some creams/medication (better be recommeneded by the dermatologist) in order to be sure it's going to help you get rid of the oil beneath the skin or reduce it - no oil or less oil, smaller possiblities to have more acne - it's good in order to prevent acne
- there are many bleaching agents that are good in order to lighten the skin and help you with it, thing like - tomato juice, lemon juice and lime slices that you could put on your face for a couple of minutes - gradually will going to make an effect
- wash your face with soap/creams because it's very important to have a clean face not having impurities in pores and other stuff like this. Blackheads and pimples are going to go out within the pores and because of that you have to take care what do you use to get them out because you do not want to cause the pores to become larger because this would get you in more trouble, and you don't even want to pop your blackeads from the oily skin because you risk getting scarse - worse scenario possible
- warm water and gradually using things that are having alcohol and acid are not going to help your face, but they will work within the enlargment of the pores - you won't notice for a couple of weeks, maybe even months, but after that you're going to realize this thing is for real and you perhaps won't like what you see
- skin exfoliation - is good in order to cleanse your face, followed with moisturizer in order to be sure you have a healthy skin - it's done a couple of days a week and it's very useful
- there are a lot of face lotions/creams that you could also use for cleansing and other natural stuff that's going to help you for real.

Dear John, As an avid reader of your page, I wonder if you can help me with my skin woes. I'm in my early 20s and have suffered from bad skin for years. While I don't get raised spots as often as I used to, I still suffer from blackheads, open pores and oily skin - mainly on my T-zone.
