Seat Belt Extenders are commonly used today in personal automobiles as well as airplanes throughout the world as car manufacturers fail to accomodate their customers.

Mr. Bennett was a truck driver who wanted to wear his seat belt to comply with the law and for safety reasons, but the poor design the manufacturer used left him uncomftorable during his long trips.

However, instead of complaining Bennett began spinning his wheels. As a long time inventor Bennett began thinking about how he could solve the problem and shortly after he created his first prototype.

While there had been some attempts at creating functional seat belt extenders, Bennetts aim was to make one that fit five main criteria:

1. Fit the majority of vehicles.

2. Was extremely simple to install (just click in).

3. Was comftorable

4. Was efficient (stayed in place and did not flop over)

5. Was affordable for the everday person.

Today, seat belt extenders are widely used and have taken the notice of many auto part stores as well as main manufacturers such as Ford, GM, and Honda.
