Secession May Be the Only Peaceful Way Out

Judge Napolitano Tells It Like It Is
Seccesion is the People's Right
I wrote an article last Spring, extensively about the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution, which allows the individual states within the United States to secede from the Unsave ion, if the federal government becomes too "bossy." At the time I wrote that article in February, there were about 21 states considering secesion, now there are 32. Try to remember that the individual states and its citizens entered into the USA more or less willfully, although in some cases there were questionable issues, as in the case of Hawaii. Now here we are, almost in Winter, and Obama is clearly doing all sorts of nasty things. So, I decided to write on the subject again.
Judge Napolitano quotes the Declaration of Independence, saying that, unless the government protects the "natural rights of the people, it is their duty to alter or abolish it." I wrote in that article "In fact, the Founding Fathers included the 9th and 10th amendments to give relief to the people from an excessively over-bearing, or dictatorial government. I believe some some of the States are considering seceding because of the trillion dollar “Generational Theft Act” which is (was) presently being debated in the Senate. As someone calculated, if one were to spend a million dollars a day from the time of Jesus’ Nativity, it would add up to a trillion dollars. So this porky package that includes, doggy playgrounds, a butterfly and turtle park and so much other pork spending is nothing more that #44’s payback to his campaign supporters...The Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, was ratified on December 15, 1791, and restates the Constitution’s principle of Federalism by providing that powers not granted to the national government nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states and to the people. It is based on an earlier provision of the Articles of Confederation: “Each state retains its sovereignty, freedom, and independence, and every power, jurisdiction, and right, which is not by this Confederation expressly delegated to the United States, in Congress assembled.’ The 10th Amendment does not empower Congress to wage war upon those states that secede. Even though that is exactly what happened in 1860, as Jefferson Davis said “A question settled by force of arms remains forever unsettled.”
Alan Peters states that this move would allow the states to regroup into about six geographical regions and avoid the insane taxation that Oba-Hussein wants to impose on the American citizens.

we'll see Larry, what other choices do we have. Every Judge who has had to decide on looking at the eligibility of Obama has paled away, unfortunately. Just as the Founding Fathers tried to achieve redress by legal procedures first, there only option was to revolt. If we value our Constitution, then we need to uphold it. There are already 200,000 American troops on our soil to enforce the Global takeover, in violation of Posse Comitatus" what more violations of our sovereignty do we need?

I don't think the Balkanization of the US would be possible or practicable...A highly integrated national interconnectivity, contracts, responsibilities, interests, and dependency would never allow these " regions " to survive independently as economically viable, culturally self-contained, with a stand-alone defensive security, on the global stage of economic self-interest...
Excellent Hub with a point of view that demands serious attention, but IMHO would not survive the test of practicality...Larry
