Next it's time to create unique and worthy content for the reader. This can be done in so many ways, but you'll want to appeal to your visitor. So if you are writing about interesting flash games and you have a couple of games they can play, be sure to include some text on the page to make it unique so the search engines can spider your site and rank it in Google Search Engine.

Then, you want to write ads and place them in your AdWords account to bring traffic to the website you just created. This ensures that people stay and a percentage will click-away on your ads and you'll take the profits.

Since you get paid per click, the idea is to find high-paying keywords and buy low-cost keywords to drive traffic to your sites and take the difference. It's called "AdSense Arbitrage" in modern terms and has become very popular.
