Ok, so the aim of this hub is to show you how to make recipes similar to those what you find under those big brand names that you all love.

# - Snickers

This is a recipe to show you how to make bars similar to the famous Snickers. This is just too simple to make! It can serve around 8 people (depending on the quantity you make, of course)

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces of Grape Nut cereal (or similar)

  • 1 packet of chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 12 ounces of soft ice cream

Instructions:

  • First mix together the ice cream, peanut butter, chocolate pudding and whipped cream.
  • Add cereal to the mix.
  • Spread the mixture into a pan and freeze.

# - Baileys

This is a recipe that will show you how to make an alcoholic beverage that taste like Bailey's Irish Cream. This recipe shows the amount for around 4 glasses.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of light cream
  • 1 Can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2/3 Cup of Irish Whiskey
  • 1 TS of Instant Coffee
  • 2 TB Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 TS Vanilla
  • 1 TS Almond extract

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds on high speed.
  • Put into a tightly sealed container and refrigerate.

The drink will keep for around 2 months if it is kept cool. Shake well before drinking.

# - Ben & Jerry's Fresh Georgia Peach Ice Cream

This recipe will show you how to make a copy of Ben & Jerry's Fresh Georgia Peach Ice Cream. This ice cream is the best way to capture the flavour of summertime and it tastes amazing

Note: You will need an ice cream maker for this, unless you know a way to do it otherwise.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Peaches - Finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Juiced Lemon
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Cups of heavy or whipped cream
  • 1 Cup of milk

Instructions:

  • Put the Peaches, 1/2 cup of sugar and the Lemon juice into a bowl. Cover this and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring the mixture every 30 minutes.
  • Remove the Peach mix from the refrigerator and drain the juice into another bowl.
  • Put the Peaches back into the refrigerator.
  • Whisk the Eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Whisk the remaining 3/4 cup of sugar a little at a time and then continue to whisk until it is completely blended.
  • Pour in the cream and milk and whisk to blend.
  • Add the Peach juice and blend.
  • Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • After the ice cream has stiffened, add the Peaches and then continue to freeze until the ice cream is ready.
