In order to get a better understanding of your dreams, follow the following steps:

1. Keep a pen (or a pencil) with a paper beside your bed.

2. Record your dream while it is still fresh in your memory.

3. In plain and simple language write your dream as a letter and send it to:

4. In order to protect your privacy, do not put your full name or address in an e-mail letter, but instead sign the e-mail letter with an imaginative nick-name that is unique (e.g. "Dreamer 1976", "Old lady 86", "Teenage manace '94").

5. In your e-mail letter specify the e-mail address you wish the explanation of your dreams to be sent to.
