We all want to know how they do it...well guess what - now we do!!
Naturally thin people don't diet -- that's right...they don't diet in the traditional form of the word...instead they eat sensibly and they don't deprive themselves.
Deprivation equals binging...people who are naturally thin and maintain that physique know that you can't deprive yourself in the long term and stay thin...you will eventually fall off the wagon...instead, you should enjoy your food. Don't WORSHIP your food...but enjoy it. Even back to biblical times, food and dining has been enjoyable...that much hasn't changed.
Naturally thin people know the importance of moderation and they allow themselves the occasional treat. They also understand that guilt and food do not go hand in hand.
You shouldn't feel guilty when you eat...if you do - you should re-examine your relationship with food.
Naturally thin people also know the importance of exercise and they do so regularly. You don't have to kill yourself exercising, but you should be active as often as possible. Your body craves it and if you're serious about being naturally thin, you'll get up and get moving at least 4 times a week. Make it something you enjoy and don't dread it. i.e. This time of year is perfect for an afternoon stroll...fun AND healthy.
And finally, naturally thin people are most often positive and hopeful. You may think being naturally thin is the REASON for this positive attitude, but studies indicate it's the other way around.
If you are positive about your body, hopeful about where you're going, and upbeat about the possibilities, you will lose WAY more weight than the people who believe it's not going to happen.
If you're one of those people who believes their destined to live life heavy - it's time to reassess. You CAN lose weight and live life naturally thin.
Also, and this may sound crazy...but I personally found that giving my concerns to God allowed room for Him to work on my weight. Prayer works wonders for lots of things, and your attitude and approach about your health is definitely one of them!

Confidence is always sexy. If you spend some time appreciating who you are and what you like about yourself, you will exude confidence, thereby exuding 'sexy'. Don't be so hard on yourself...you are beautiful!

From my experience, grazing can improve metabolism...however, it's also shown that genetics contribute. However, no matter what you're genetics, you're not doomed...you just have to 'outsmart' your genes! :)
