I live in Fort Myers Florida (foreclosure capital of the world) and am trying to get started in foreclosure cleanup. Do I need a contractors license and if so if I don't have one is there a way around it? How do I get all of my work? Do I need general liability insurance? Please give me all the help you can,

Thanks,

Jeff

I'm just getting started. I am a GC here, but as far as i know it is not needed for here. You should only need your occupational license, insurance, worker's comp exemption, and however you want to set up your buis. entity and you shoudl be good to go.
