There are many people who believe in seeding and tithing and believe that it is necessary to do those things if you want to make a fortune. Seeding and tithing are practised the world over. In India the Tirupathi devasthanam is one of the richest temples. There are thousands of devotees waiting to get a glimpse of Lord Balaji and each of them donates money generously. Not just that, it is believed that this God loves hair and so people of all ages, men women and children give their hair in offering to Lord Balaji. They shave off their heads willingly and happily. This is like letting go to an attachment that you may have to your ego. There are many who have Lord Balaji as their partner in business and these wealthy businessmen donate ten percent of their income or profits to Balaji. All these donations are put into huge gunny bags called “hundis” and the priests of the temple actually use sieves to sort out coins and notes of different denominations. The church also encourages Tithing. There are stories in the bible that Jesus also taught people tithing and practised it himself.

There are some who get outraged with the idea of tithing or seeding or the idea of a God who wants their hard earned money. I tried to understand the concept too. I was among those who could not understand why God would want money, he was the one who gives it to us in the first place. But when you get down to the nitty gritties of it, and study it in connection with the law of attraction, the concept starts to make sense. Seeding simply means tithing in advance for something you wish to manifest, Tithing is giving away ten percent of your income to God or charity. And most importantly you have to be happy and grateful doing it.

How Seeding and tithing work vibrationally:

What both these practices do to you at a vibrational level is that they get you to first believe that you have that much to give away, and that you are happy to give and share, it brings to you the thought of abundance, that ‘I give it away because I have so much of it’, and having it, and being happy with it vibrationally (in advance as in seeding) brings it to you physcially. That is how the law of attraction works.

These two practices of seeding and tithing also inculcate the habit of keeping the wealth you receive flowing and not stagnating. This is also very important in the creation of wealth. So you see it is not that God wants your money or that you are sinning if you are not able to tithe or seed, these two practises are simply tools for you to manifest money. They get you in the vibrational alignment with the thought of wealth. You must be able to tith mentally in order to do it physically, you must believe that you can do it and that you can afford it. The ones who study the law of attaction will see the sense and logic in the practises and they do not necessarily have anything to do with religion. The ones who are truely successful in manifesting wealth are using the principles of seeding and tithing already, maybe they have not given these names to what they practice and neither do they have to have religion attached to their practices. They just do it naturally, they give generously and gratefully and appreciate what they have and wealth comes to them easily. That is the law.
