Have you ever felt like someone was watching you or feel like someone is there with you when your clearly alone? Well..that's because usually there is. Sometimes we see,hear,or just feel the presence. Again,Team Wiseman would like to say you are NOT crazy.During these occurrences, our spiritual senses are more aware. Most of the time we just shrug it off. But, one goal of Satan is to keep us from knowing these thing are are real.The biggest trick is to keep us from seeing through our spiritual eyes. He doesn't want us to see the angels battling for us,and the demons who are on a mission to destroy.Satan don't want us to see how they are affecting us and our families.What enemy doesn't use fog screens and sneak attacks? Sometimes we are afraid to see,and if we did see something,who would we feel we could talk to without feeling crazy? And of course He doesn't want us to feel like we can talk about it, we might confirm each others sanity. Satan does not want us to see, because then we truly believe, and begin to learn, grow, strategize and defeat!

    We want to show you how to open your spiritual eyes through fasting.You just choose Who takes you there. Kind of like getting to a destination on an airplane, Who is your carrier? Fasting is a big key to connect to the spiritual realm, more than we could have ever imagine. Fasting is far too neglected in our days. Many of us do not know how to fast properly, and we forget that fasting is a priority. Jesus Christ gave us authority over these demons. When Jesus told His disciples to cast out demons,the disciples came to Him wondering why they were attacked. Jesus told them "These do not come out except through prayer and fasting in my Name." This is why fasting, and knowing how to fast correctly are very important.

WARNING!!!!! ( We do not recommend doing this without the Armour of Christ,which is visible in the spiritual.)

    We believe strongly that this is important for us,and our families.Without seeing the spiritual and physical realm together, we will only see half of the picture. Jesus Christ tells us to be awake and stay alert, and many in the Bible pray that our spiritual eyes be opened. Way to many of us are spiritually blind,and do not realize it until we do see. We have been asleep for far too long! Fasting is a power used for good and evil.

    Now,as we mentioned earlier, you decide Who takes you there.Who is your "carrier"? Jesus Christ shows us how to fast the correct way.

    Fasting can be difficult, and is often a time when Satan will try to sidetrack us because Satan knows how important fasting is. We are given examples of this in the Bible when Jesus was fasting and praying before the Crucifixion, in the Garden of Gethsemane.Satan came to Jesus and tried to tempt Jesus. So here we see that fasting is a time when Satan tries to find vulnerability in us. Satan tries to tempt Jesus into turning a stone into a buttered loaf of bread. When fasting , especially for forty days, a buttered loaf of bread sounds awesome. Satan still tries this trick today. It can be hard for us not to fall into this temptation. We can sometimes even hear the whisper in our ears." Why would Our Father want us to starve ourselves, whats wrong with eating?" Jesus Christ would not tell us to go without anything, unless there was an absolutely important reason to. That reason being the level of spiritual alertness and we reach by doing so.

    There is also a way in which Satan uses fasting.This comes most of the time from the use of drugs, especially highly potent ones such as crystal meth,"crack", cocaine and heroin, that keep you awake or from resting properly. Also due to the fact that most of these cause one to not eat like normal. This is the way in which Satan offers to us as his twisted and perverted way of fasting. This is why so many who have or do use report seeing,hearing and smelling things that someone else may not. When a fast is performed, regardless of our carrier, we open ourselves to the spiritual realm. These things people are seeing, hearing and smelling ARE REAL!!!

    Satan of course loves it when this is not realized because then people seem crazy, They are pushed away from those who love them, and made to feel alone because no one understands and they become vulnerable targets to destroy and are truly being attacked. After a while, trying to tell any one stops, and hearts close, and can eventually become numb. Sometimes even talking to these demons even seems to give comfort, when it seems no one else will listen.

    This is why fasting is important, too many do not know of the spiritual realm. We forget or do not know that in this spiritual realm is where we see Holy Angels, know when a battle is coming, and fight together with Jesus Christ Himself.

Note: Anything and everything that comes from Our Father, Satan also will use. Let us give you an example, such as Love. There is real, true , honest Love. That, of course, comes from Our Father. Then on the other hand there is obsession and lust which is the twisted perversion of Love. There is the Truth. On the other hand there is white lies, half truth, the "grey area",and all sorts of supposed truths, but still only one absolute Truth.

Our body settings are keys to fasting.

    Sleep, or the lack thereof, is one of the major factors in fasting. We learned this,believe it or not, by the use of crystal meth. Lets just say God used evil for good. Why not? Satan uses good for evil. We noticed in the Bible that those who were fasting were awake and praying, and usually were fasting for days. Usually not sleeping for a 24 hour period will start the process, but after that is when demons and simples become the most obvious. We had no idea that not sleeping, or not getting adequate sleep was important while fasting if your goal is to awaken yourself into the spiritual realm. Jesus Christ asked the disciples to stay awake with Him , while He was fasting and praying in the Garden of Gethsemane, to keep watch for Him. Jesus Christ did not ask them to watch while He slept, no, He was awake also. Jesus Christ understands that staying awake is hard for us. That's why He says the spirit (in us) is willing , but the flesh is weak. This can also happen with just resting. Without sleeping, kind of like O.B.E.Like we said, it just depends on who your carrier is.

    Eating is another key factor to fasting. We are not exactly sure why, to be honest. We understand that when fasting the lack of eating is talked about a lot in the Bible, Maybe it is so we are emptied out to be filled spiritually instead. A big part of surrender is giving up.You have to have something fill that spot.

WARNING!!! (We recommend not using any drug to do this.It is highly dangerous,and can lead to very dangerous spiritual and physical attacks, besides all the other side effects that come with it.)

    Faith is the assurance, the confirmation, the title deed of the things we hope for, being proof of the things we do not see and the conviction of their reality. Faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses. (Hebrews 11:3)

    Faith and fasting go hand in hand. When fasting anything you hope for or believe will happen. Even when its something you do not want to see come to pass. It will. Hope, doubt, belief, fear, and worry are types of faith. Whatever we have faith in can and do become a part of the physical. We have seen many things that were just thought of and searched out by us in just in wanting, and became physical, even things that appeared to be human-like. So be careful, we advise, and be careful what you hope for when fasting. The same happens when not fasting, but during the period of fasting our hopes, fears,and desires are fulfilled almost instantly.

But hope, the object of what is seen, is not hope. For how can one hope for what he already sees?

    By faith we understand that the worlds were framed ( fashioned, put in order, and equipped to perform their purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see is not made out of things visible. ( Hebrews 11: 3)

Jesus Christ said, "Truly I say to you. if you have faith, and do not doubt and say to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, it will be done." And whatever you ask for in prayer, having faith and believing, you will receive. ( Matthew21:21-22)

Warning!!! Do not put your faith in every spirit ( I John 4:1)

When fasting, meditation and focusing your thoughts are also major keys.

    Meditating is a habitual part of our everyday life. When we have something we think about more than a few times and "ponder" on it, we are meditating in a sense.

    When meditating during fasting, we are spiritually more sensitive, and more vulnerable to the attacks of Satan and his workers, as we discussed above. So, it is very important that we meditate and focus on the right things.Meditation also has to be accompanied by faith or a desire for what you are focusing on .

    Repetition can also be useful, when needing to build faith in what you may need to focus on. A lot of times when we were being attacked and were afraid, ( which fear can be a type of faith again, because we are not being sure of the fact that our Father will protect us, in turn our faith is trusting in the fear.) we would repeatedly confirm our trust that Jesus Christ has our back. That in turn would feed our faith, and make it stronger, and overcoming the fear of what we were seeing or hearing. These occurrences of the spiritual are scary, and have to be with Jesus Christ, if not these demons will taunt us and feed of our fears, doubts, weak spots and insecurities in anything.

   When fasting, meditating and focusing,and all we think about has to be paid attention to. Sometimes we focus more on what we are doing and saying and forget to pay attention to our thoughts, which lead to the heart and spirit. Our thoughts are not kept secret to anything or anyone, in the spirit. That is true for both good and evil spirits. Our Father is omnipresent, that means He is everywhere at all times. He did not say He was the only one who could hear our thoughts and search our hearts. Our hiding place is His name, and praising Him. Other than that we need to remember our thoughts and words are accessed in the spiritual.

    Just like our bodies, our thoughts and words should also be constantly trained to be able to be presentable to our Father. If we are thinking of things that cannot be done with a clean heart and we are not able to thank Him for it, then we are probably focusing on something that comes from the other side.

Here is the process to meditation: We pause to reflect on a word , a phrase, or a concept. We compare with the other thoughts that come to mind. We don't rush through these thoughts. If we keep ourselves focused it pays off spiritually.

So many things demand our attention and beg for our focus. They're not just sinful things. The apostle Paul said that although everything was lawful for him, not everything was helpful. ( I Corinthians 6:12)

Those who meditate--and do it day an night--are like productive trees....and everything they do will prosper. (Psalm 1:2-3) This is true whether it be focusing on good or evil.

What we think about becomes part of our lives. Another way to put it is to say that whatever you focus on , when fasting or any other time, you become. For as a man thinks in his heart, so he is. ( Proverbs23:7)

Wherever we put our energies and our attention and our attention, those things will develop. Another way we like to say it is, "Where the mind goes, the man follows!"

    If we think about ice cream, we will soon, sometime in the near future, find ourselves in our car pursuing ice cream. Our thoughts will stir our desires and emotions, and we will make decisions on following them. All of this is to say that our thoughts largely determine our destiny.

    Thoughts are powerful. (Proverbs 23:7) They are not just words that flow through our minds. So it is very important for us to decide what we will allow our minds to meditate and focus on. Even a little adds up. Our thoughts --our focus -- is what determines where we end up when fasting.

    When fasting meditating is a powerful tool. You must see it in your mind, repeat it out loud, and keep it. The idea is it has to be mental, before it becomes physical. Visualization in our minds is a process of creating something to be seen. Remember seeing is believing!

    We could go on and on about meditation when learning about fasting, because it seems there is no end to what our Father can show us through meditating. Meditation when fasting is a treasure chest of powerful, life giving secrets that God wants to reveal to us.

When fasting our words are a powerful key.

Our words are expressions of our hearts --of what is going on inside of us.Then what is going on inside us comes to the outside.

The word of God is living and active... (Hebrews 4:12)

What's interesting is that the term used for word does not just refer to the Bible as written book of truth as we normally think of the Word Of God. Instead this is rhema, the word as it is spoken. It is talking about the use of words, not just the existence. Something only existing does not make it activate, this comes by usage.

A word spoken..how good it is. (Proverbs 15:23)

For out of the fullness of the heart the mouth speaks The good man from from his inner good treasure flings forth good things, and the evil man out of his evil storehouse flings forth evil things. (Matthew 12:34-35)

Our words take root downward and bear fruit upward.

He who guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself from troubles. (Proverbs 21:23)

A mans self shall be filled with the fruits of his mouth;and the consequences of his words must be satisfied whether good or evil. Death and life are in the power of the tongue and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it, either for death or life. ( Proverbs 18:20-21)

The grass withers, the flower fades but the word of our Father will stand forever. (Isaiah 40:8)

In conclusion, God watches over His word to perform it. Whether for good or evil our words and speaking them are an important key to when fasting.

WARNING!!!! (We must be very careful what we say. Like it's said "Be careful what you ask for, because it will come true! )

Ask Jesus Christ to reveal this and He will be faithful in doing so. Just make sure you are ready. Because seeing leads to believing!
