Seisma Oil Research, Greg Gumbel Interview

Seisma Energy Research, AVV (formerly Seisma Oil Research, LLC) invites you to watch this interview by Greg Gumbel.

We hope that it will give you an insight into our business. The Texas oil business is an important aspect of the American economy and has probably created more millionaires than any other business in America.

In these troubled times when the U.S. has to import so much of it's oil from unstable regions of the world, it is even more important that we develop our own resources to provide as much energy as possible to the American economy.

Our operations are in a region called the Permian Basin.

The Permian Basin is a sedimentary basin largely contained in the western part of the U.S. state of Texas and the southeastern part of the state of New Mexico. It reaches from just south of Lubbock, Texas, to just south of Midland & Odessa, extending westward into the southeastern part of the adjacent state of New Mexico. It is so named because it has one of the world's thickest deposits of rocks from the Permian geologic period. The greater PermianBasin comprises several component basins: of these, MidlandBasin is the largest, DelawareBasin is the second largest, and MarfaBasin is the smallest. The PermianBasin extends beneath an area approximately 250 miles wide and 300 miles long.

The PermianBasin gives its name to a large oil and natural gas producing area, part of the Mid-Continent Oil Producing Area. Total production for that region up to the beginning of 1993 was over 14.9 billion barrels. The towns of Midland and Odessa serve as the headquarters for oil production activities in the basin.

The PermianBasin is also a major source of potassium salts (potash), which are mined from bedded deposits of sylvite and langbeinite in the Salado Formation of Permian age. Sylvite was discovered in drill cores in 1925, and production began in 1931. The mines are located in Lea and Eddy counties, New Mexico, and are operated by the room and pillar method. Halite (rock salt) is produced as a byproduct of potash mining.

We hope you enjoy this program!

Seisma,

I would appreciate it if you can clarify my queries:

- Please explain why no one has ever received any dividends from your company ?

- I've been in contact with many other investors and each and everyone of them claims that they can't locate your office and have not met anyone from your company

- SEC have confirmed that your company was not registered with them even while you were operating in Florida - why is that

- Why is it that many of the companies you claim to be associated with have not actually heard of you guys ?

Why the US authorities have not yet clamped down on seisma Energy research located in Florida and in Aruba. No one seems to have anything good to say about Seisma Energy Research AVV. I guess its because they are no damm good!!
