Hey PI2500,

Thanks for the comment. Using the outline for self hypnosis weight loss I have used here, you certainly could. In fact, many professional hypnotists will have one script that they use with each of their clients. The only difference is the suggestions and commands that are used.

In this HUB I used self hypnosis for weight loss as an example only because it is the most common use for self hypnosis (next to quitting smoking).
