The specs sound good, don't they? I must confess that when I was hunting diligently for my saddle, they did catch my eye, but so did several others. Several others that looked similar, sounded similar, but felt totally different.

Every cyclist hunts for the perfect saddle and in doing so, buys several that end up on Ebay or under a pile of stuff at the bottom of their closet. I've had several end up in both places but I can honestly say that the Selle Italia Lady Gel Flow is not one of them.

From the moment I began my first ride on the Selle Italia Lady Gel Flow Saddle, a 15 mile trip, I felt no pain. None of the usual pressure points nor the need to constantly shift in my seat; no burning desire for the ride to end. It is narrow enough not to cause chaffing on my inner thighs, yet not too narrow that my sit bones are compromised.

Bar none, the Selle Italia Lady Gel Flow Saddle is my favorite. So much so, that I have also purchased one for my mountain bike as well as my road bike. Granted, I do not ride hard on my mountain bike, merely dirt roads and easy wooded paths, but the seat makes it so the roots roll right by me with barely a bump. Who could ask for more?
