It`s recommended to have tops for the paper cups, so people would avoid spilling the juice, especially children.
• Fruits - You can either use orange, grapefruits, lemons, mandarins, kiwis, apples, grapes, strawberries, and even vegetables like carrots.
• Recipe Book - Smoothies are what people tend to enjoy most and fruit cocktails. Before you start off, buy a recipe book and get familiar with the most popular recipes.
• Ice Maker - Assuming it`s summer you will definitely need an ice maker, but ice is a must-have in all season. Ice Makers can be bought for as low as 150$ for a middle size one.
• Uniforms / Caps / Hygienical Gloves - I had to use uniforms for my employees, it`s just a marketing strategy, thing can go well without them as well but I would recommend some light colored uniforms, with some nice badges. The same goes for the caps, some light colored caps would be great, it`s a lot more professional. Most popular fast-food employees wear them for several good reason, one of them is hygiene. Gloves should be used at all times, for hygienical purposes, avoiding germs.
• Kitchen Knife / Forks for cutting and slicing the fruits. You can also purchase a professional slicer, but it`s not necessary, it`s up to you if you are going to spend and extra 50$.

You can`t buy a smile, but it`s definitely a must have, to impress your customers and give them a slightly good feeling and a nice welcome.

• Be always aware what people tend to like more, what type of fruit juice makes better sales, give people what they want. -Only provide fresh fruit.
• Order personalized paper cups, you can hire a freelance graphic designer to make a nice design for your paper cups, it won`t cost you more than $100.
• Always be organized and treat it like a business. Find the most aesthetic fruit squeezing machine, usually the stainless steel ones are preferred, they can be either manual or electric machines, there is no need to buy the most expensive one, unless you are going to sell big.
• Make sure your stand is always shining, all the fruit rests and peels should be thrown away, stand out of your customers eyes.
• On the more crowded days, have two people selling at any one time, this is just a basic rule, so thing don`t get messed up. I prefer to do it my self along with my girlfriend, it has been a great success.

• Offer people free cookies to go with the drinks. - Make some offers, depending on the quantity of drinks sold, try your best to sell 3 for the price of two, this should be done when you just start off. People will start rushing to your stand in the following days.

Earnings can depend on lots of factors, some of them I have listed above. They differ from one day to another. From my experience this business had a lot of success. Now it all depends on what you understand by having success, as long as I am no millionaire it has been a great success and experience I might say.
