SEO Link Pro Review

SEO Link Pro is a new piece of SEO link building software that was released mid July. As I have acquired a copy of this I thought I would do a review of it. Unfortunately, the full review will have to wait a while as I have not tried it out yet, but I will be back to update this hub as I go along.

What Is SEOLINKPRO?

SEOLinkPro is a new link building tool released by the people behind Syndk8 Black Hat forum.

When I say it is a link building tool, what I mean is that it is a link spamming tool, similar to Bookmarking Demon.

Like Bookmarking Demon SEOLINKPRO will spider your site and find pages to link to automagically.

However, rather than just dumping links all in one go you can schedule the links to be dropped at a given rate, for example, you can say you want to build 100 links per day. The software runs in the system tray (in the background) so it just does its thing quietly without you having to keep running it all the time.

Where does SEOLINKPRO Get Links From?

Like Bookmarking Demon SEOLINKPRO can gather some links from social bookmarking sites, however, at time or writing these are confined to just three platforms, Mr Wong, Reddit and Fark. So, in terms of social bookmarking it cannot do anywhere near as much as Bookmarking Demon can (yet).

Howerver, SEO Link Pro has a few more tricks up its sleeve, it also drops referer spam to try and get links from stats packages like AW Stats and AW Stats. What this involves is spoofing traffic to sites that have open stats packages that link to their top referers. You can read more about referer spam here on wikipedia.

Referer spam is not very effective, I suppose it may get sites indexed but it is unlikely to help that much in terms of ranking a site.

More impressively SEOLINKPRO can also drop links in guestbooks, forums, wikis and a few other CMS (content management system) platforms. This means that SEOLLINKPRO can exploit tens of thousands of targets, not just the 60 or so social sites that Bookmarking Demon can target.

Anther key feature of SEOLINKPRO is that it has been built around a modular extensible framework, meaning that support for more applications can (and will) be added on an onging basis. This is a pretty smart move commercially on the part of the authors as they plan to sell plugin packs for the software, meaning they can keep generating revenue after the initial sale. This is actually good news for the customer though, as the developers will keep working on the application after they have taken your initial payment! It also means that there is incentive to keep adding more platforms and value adding features that users will be prepared to pay for.

Is SEOLINKPRO Worth The Money?

It is too early to tell how effective this application is, or whether the $289 price tag of SEOLINKPRO is justfied.

So far it looks pretty good, and I think, as a piece of software it is worth the money, but really its true value depends on whether you have enough of the "right kind of sites" to promote with it.

This kind of software is only really useful when promoting large numbers of low quality sites, or promoting sites that link to your own site (class C links as they are sometimes referred to).

If you have a large number of niche affiliate sites to promote, then this is probably something you are going to want in your toolkit. If you only have one or two high quality sites to promote then it is probably not going to be of much use to you.

Does SEOLINKPRO Work?

Ok, by work I mean does it help your sites rank in search engines?

Will SEOLINKPRO help you get more targeted traffic?

Well, as the applicataion is so new, no one really has the answer to that one.

Once I have hard results to post I will be back to update this hub. In the mean time, at least you now know what it is and what it does!

Not great at the moment, but its getting there. I think they released it a bit too early and there have been a few problems with it... but Im sure they will get it sorted shortly, they are working on it.
