For example I have been experiecing it at first on 15 years old and then 20 years old when I first when to college and I thought that the emotions were causing it, for a week. So, try to relax and forget about it because it may be a big emotion or a general health thing that can be cured by the doctor.
If you are going with depression because of insomnia make sure that you are controling yourself and do not let insomnia and depression to control you. If you have depression you may not see clear and thing that the world is just small and you don't belong to it and things like that, that you are not thinking, just telling in order to forgive yourself for the depression. Severe insomnia may cause depression and stress and you have realize that the most important thing is to control or ask the help of your friends to help you pass this state that is not good to stay much in it. Insomnia causes are many, and mostly are related to the past and the life you were having before the insomnia and depression hit you, so be careful what you do in the future not to repeat the experience. But, let me tell you once again that the best thing you can do is to go to the insomnia doctor in order to make it sure that everything is going to work for real.
One more things, just stop searching for how to cure insomnia and stuff like that around the web because you are not going to find and answer that is going to fit you. It also depends on you, you are unique, on effects of insomnia, causes, your medical record and so on, so it's time to see the doctor in order to get out of this for real, not just imagine you get out from it. If you just want help with sleeping and you are just mad on methods like couting sheeps in your head it's time to see an insomnia specialist, you may see your family doctor to in order to tell you more about this things. Just, don't forget that the symptoms you have may just be a general fatigue or a big emotional thing that you're leaving in the past or in the near future. Severe insomnia it's bad indeed. You have to remember that the lack of sleep is a big problem because of the fast enviroment we are living in. People don't have time to sleep, to eat and to do certain things because they are used to work all the time and mostly they do forget about their own health and body and they don't realized how much worse this is going to be in the near future. Also, if your child is telling you about this thing and lack of sleep you may want to know that there is also existing chilhood insomnia, as I have been writing above in the article and children may often have this problem if they do play much to much on the computer and stuff like that. Don't let them stay to long in front of computer or to waste their lives and the night playing stupid games.
