Keys to a sexier you...
The key to feeling sexier is within yourself. It can't come from men or women telling you, it comes from you, alone. If you don't feel sexy inside, then how can you look sexy on the outside? That is the #1 key to becoming a sexier you. You also have to take care of your appearance, this is also essential, you can't just let yourself go. Now, I'm not saying you have to weigh 90 lbs soaking wet to be considered sexy. Actually, I find that particular look unappealing, I want to just give them a hamburger. What I am saying, no matter your build, is that you have to take care of your appearance. Keep up with yourself. Check your lipstick or lip gloss occasionally. Brush your hair throughout the day or keep up with the hairstyle you selected for that day. Those are little things that can help us, as women, feel sexier within ourselves. Therefore, we will exude true sexiness, the one that comes from within.
Other Suggestions...
If you can't look within and find your sexy, then maybe it's time to do something about it. For instance, try changing your diet so your meals include less trans fats, try eating your greens. Trans Fats, such as fried foods, tend to suck the sexy right out of you, therefore it's good to avoid them altogether or keep them moderated to small portions, daily. You might want to also try walking a few blocks every night, good clean air and a healthier heart beat will improve your energy level, you will start to feel the sexy within, and you will start to notice the sexy on the outside as well. If you are planning on losing weight, to create a sexier you, make sure you do it within reasonable limits and time frames. That is why I suggest starting off with a walk, once you have increased your energy you may want to look into a gym and taking some classes. I suggest dance classes, as they are fun and are designed to keep your heartbeat at a fat-burning level. If you take on too much to fast, and lose too much to fast, it's easier to gain back in the long run. What is important is keeping a daily log of your calorie intake, the healthier the calorie the better, try a little change in diet and exercise, soon you will be closer to a sexier you.
Sexy in the House and the Bedroom.......
It is also important, as a female, to keep your bedroom looking good. Candles, suggestive lighting, clean sheets, these are all things to have in your bedroom to give it a sexier feel. Romance in a dirty bedroom does not rate high on the sexy scale. Whereas, a clean bedroom, with hints towards romance included, rates way up there on the scale. If your bedroom is a mess or your house, even your car, is a mess, you could be draining sexy from yourself and not really be meaning to. Clutter can get into your head and hold you down. So try keeping your space nice and tidy. Keep things clean to clear your head so you can focus on being a sexier you.
