There are some myths that if you do some sort of intercourse position you're more likely to get pregnant with a baby boy, but in fact this are just myths (not statisticaly proven) and the chances are somewhere like 50/50 of getting a boy pregnant or a girl with pregnant. 

   There are some pieces of informations all around us (net, family, friends) that tell us that sexual positions and you're more likely to get pregnant with a boy, but this are just not true, or just a coincidence if they happen to you. 

   The fact is that there is a lot of disinformation down there and I'll show you a movie in order to get along with the facts, but I'll write more about it and how it works. Let me explain you how pregnancy and getting pregnant works:

   - the sperm cells contains 24 chromosomes (23 of them are autosomes) and the another one is the sex chromosome - basicaly decides the sex of your baby, but this does not mean you could play with it and make a boy or a girl like you want. The fact is that the sperm cells could either have an y chromosome as sex of the baby, or an x. The eggs from the mother also have 24 chromosomes, but only an x for the sex of the baby.

   - if the father has an x chromosome in the sperm cell, then it's going to be 2x and you're going to get a girl, if there is an y, there's going to be xy and there's going to be a male. The fact is that there is no sex position that's going to help you get a boy or a girl, and if it does, then it's just a myth because it's not statisticaly proven to be right.

   They say that ovulation is the most important thing and there are so many chances of getting pregnant if you hit that spot, exactly when you ovulate, so that the egg is not degenerated, basicaly it's fresh, you have fresh sperm and you could have some chances of getting a baby. The sexual intercourse is better to be done in the period between ovulation so you can have 35% chances of getting pregnant the first month. If you don't get pregnant in an year or more, then you may have some fertility problems - infertility, you or your husband, but don't gave up, there are so many things that you could do because of that. Basicaly, sexual positioning it's just a part of the deal, a myth and something does not necesary has anything do do with getting pregnant with a boy or a girl, so chill.
