Timepiece Photo was born of a thought I had a (long) while back, which I now quote:  "Every photo ever made is a tiny Piece of Time frozen to look at." 

That was way back in the 70's and it kinda "got stuck" in my head.  I didn't get around to actually using it as a principle theme for a business for another 20 yrs.  And in the meantime, the internet was invented.

Having shot for a rough 30 years I have MANY slides laying around.  And in the early 80's I got a friend to design a website for me.  Bless her heart, she worked for prints of her favorites and in her spare time, so it was relatively cheap.

The site "languished" for about 5 yrs. and didn't generate the first sale.  I dropped it for a long time, and in the meantime met and married my BFF.  Twenty one days later my head blew up! That's a burst aneurism, in medical terms.

After all the hospital stuff, and outpatient therapy stuff, I was left with a largely useless right side and LOTS of time on my hands.  So the "Company" was reborn along with the website.  I now have a working website at http://www.timepiecephoto.com and a blog at http://www.timepieceticks.com .  I've found a couple of great therapists and have recovered roughly 75% of what I lost with more coming back all the time and I now face the world as a Professional Photographer.
