Ok, I've gotten the dreaded first post out of the way and added a couple of articles I've written over the past few years, now it's time to tell everyone about myself in general.

My name is Christine R. Senter and I have been writing for more than 20 years and have been published both in print and online. For the past 10 years, I've written almost exclusively for the Internet. I am currently the editor/publisher of a bi-monthly newsletter, and it's corresponding website, The Prompt Writer. I offer my subscribers writing prompts in 20 different categories every other week.

I am also a Content Provider with Associated Content where I've had several articles published since the end of September. I've only learned the glories of blogging in the past year. I've got several blogs out there, but the best are my 360 blog at Yahoo and my blog with Blogfeast.net.

Over the years, I've also written several poems and short stories, however, most of the sites where these were published have gone by the wayside. I signed up to take part in this month's NaNoWriMo challenge, but I am quickly finding out that it's a lot harder than it sounds.

On a personal level, I am a happily married mother of two teenaged kids. I am the Scout Master of my son's Boy Scout troop, an over active community volunteer, and the produce manager of our local grocery store. In May, my husband and I will be celebrating our 17th anniversary and in August, we will be celebrating our 20th year together.

And that is my life.
