Today, Google Docs added the much sought after feature of Google users to share folders. Previously, we were able to share only one document at a time.

"Today, we are happy to launch one of the most requested Google Docs features — the ability to share folders. Shared folders make it easy for a team of people to collaborate on projects that require multiple documents, spreadsheets or presentations. If you have a group of items you want to share, all that you have to do is put them into one folder and share it." -
Official Google Blog.

To start sharing just go to the folder you want to share and click the "Share this folder" tab and then enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to share. You can chose the edit and view-only access options like before.

This will be good if you are working on a project and want to share a wide range of files, documents, presentations, PDF files and spreadsheets.

Another great addition today is uploading multiple files at the same time instead of just one file at a time.

To upload multiple files click the "Upload" button and select multiple files from your computer. We can also choose the destination for these newly uploaded files before we upload the documents.

All in all these are excellent additions in Google Docs.
