So it has finally been released, the man who brought you Hip Hop Abs has finally released his long awaited workout, Shaun T Insanity, it is sure to be his masterpiece! This has said to be the workout program that finally rivals with P90x. The final specifications have been released, so now we pretty much know everything about the program. Here is what we know:

Shaun T's insanity will revolve around MAX interval training. What does that mean? Well, traditional interval training has you perform short burst of energy and longer periods of rest. Insanity with Shaun T has flipped that tradition. Instead of doing short burst of energy and long rest periods, you will be doing long burst of energy with short resting periods. Your results will be out of this world. This is the sort of stuff professional athletes you to get into shape, so they can perform at the top of their games. You can lose up to 1000 calories per workout! That is nuts, if you go all out and give it your all this workout program can really change your life.


Insanity with Shaun T Workouts

For awhile now we have not known the workouts that are going to be coming with this exercise program, but now we do. Here is a list of the workouts that will come with the Insanity Workout.

1: Dig Deeper and Fit Test - This is where you first get to see what you are made of, as you go through a series of tests.

2: Plyometric Cardio Circuit - You will burn fat with lower-body plyo and intense cardio.

3: Cardio Power and Resistance - Build lean muscle mass and define your upper-body with power moves and strength training.

4: Cardio Recovery - Once a week Shaun T will take it down a notch so your body can recover for the hard week ahead of you.

5: Pure Cardio and Abs - No Intervals! It's a non stop, extreme cardio workout all the way through.

6: Cardio Abs - Intervals of cardio, plus moves that will make your abs rock hard.

7: Core Cardio and Balance - After the first month, this is the workout that will get you ready for the month ahead.

8: Max Interval Circuit - The mother of all interval training, you have never seen anything like it!

9: Max Interval Plyo - Your legs will want to give up, but continue to push through these power and plyo moves.

10: Max Cardio, Conditioning and Abs - Pushing your limits with this extreme cardio workout.
