Shiney Ahuja Arrested for Rape of Maid Servant

Shiney Ahuja who was arrested for molesting Domestic help at Oshiwara , is that he has been admitted at J J Hospital due to severe back pain. He was limping when he was taken to the court room with the help of 2 constables and he nearly collapsed in the court , when The court asked to provide medical aid to the actor immediately. Shiney Ahuja has been arrested by June on 2009 and came to the court from Arthur Road Jail. The 36-year-old actor, who was produced before the court yesterday was seen limping and taking the support of two constables as he was not able to walk. On October 7 th the court will hear the arguments of prosecution and defence lawyers.
Shiney Ahuja was granted a bail on October 1 st and his wife Anupam Ahuja was released from the jail. She told to media that "This decision by the court has been overwhelming. I am so happy that our daughter has got her father back, Shiney's parents have got their son back and I have got my husband back," Anupam told reporters in Mumbai after the ruling by the Bombay High Court. Shiney has been granted the bail on a surety of Rs.50,000 and on the condition that he must not leave the country. The actor will be required to live in New Delhi and refrain from tampering with evidence in any manner, said his lawyer Shirish Gupte.
Shiney Ahuja the famous Bollywood actor has been arrested on the charges of raping his female servant who was aged 18 years. This maid has started working at his house in Oshiwara’s Tarapore Complex from past 1 and a half months only. She said that he raped her between 3 pm and 5 pm when his wife and child went out. the medical reports also confirmed that Shiney Ahuja has sexually assaulted his maid servant.
And considering such problems hundreds of domestic help maids has started protesting against such sexual abuses and insecurity they are feeling at the house they work. Many Bollywood people who knew the actor well have said that Shiney Ahuja has a special attraction towards female costars.
One of Shineys female Stylists have said that he used to show more caring towards her, and when she realised that it would go the wrong way, she carefully put a distance between them.
The rape victim of this case had revealed that there was no kind of bad moves from the actor and she believed that he was a good person. The maid is also shocked that this great bollywood hero turned out like a criminal when favourable circumstances came. She has not yet recovered from this shocking experience and has told the media that she has lodged complaint against the actor to prevent such crimes and sexual abuses happening to other helpless female servants working in households.

shiney ahuja is a glamourous man , why should he have gone behind a servant girl.
Considering he was not under the influence of drugs or even liquor whatever made him stoop soo low.Was the sexual frustration created by his own wife who may have been denying him his due in bed and that led to the frustration seeping out of his pants into the hapless maid?
Also their is a strong possibility that he could have actually have been seduced by the maid and then blackmailed which seems a remote possibility coz if that was the case he would have paid her off to shut her mouth.
So wonder if it was actually a moment of sexual insanity that made him turn into a sexual gangster and violate his maid's modesty?
All said and done their are still too many missing links in the chain and till the verdict is not out lets not throw stones at him the court is their to give him sound punishment if actually guilty...Is that asking for 2 much on behalf of Shiney who is already being treated as a criminal before the official verdict is out?

If he is innocent he deserves to be set free n if he is guilty he shall face the punishment and not allowed to go scot-free but lets not label him a rapist n a criminal even before the court pronounces him guilty. Let the court do their job.
My only question is that what if (and that's a big if)Shiney is found innocent of the charges then who will give him the time he spent in prison and worse what about the anguish n trauma his family is undergoing.What are they guilty of being his aged parents or his wife-is that their only crime?
I don't think he should be set free. Shiney Ahuja should be punished for what he has done.
Yes Indeed He shud be punished Rajni but only after it is proved that he is indeed guilty of the crime.The media nad public at large are already treating him like a rapist.Can you imagine the trauma n pain his wife daughter n his parents must be going through.What is their fault?
Why don't we let the courts do their job and then decide if he was given the punishment he deserved of not?
