Short Sale Riches For Today!
So this 'kid' Nathan Jurewics, sports a funky hairdo, looks like he's still in highschool, and is setting the real estate short sale world on fire, supposedly.
He claims to be making over 100K per month by doing short sales on 'auto pilot'.
His partner, a lawyer and Realtor, Chris Mclaughlin, writes most of the daily blog articles that entice you to join he webinars being held almost every other day, so you can be shown how to replicate what NathanJurewics does.
And all of this mind you, in a still-falling real estate market, with more HUGE layoffs, bankruptcies and foreclosures happening every day, and for the foreseeable future, too.
So, the new investor, looking at this chaos, wonders, 'does this work in TODAY'S world'?
Since I'm a published real estate author and investor, and a coach at heart, my friends asked me to review Nathan's My Short Sale Riches course, which I will attempt to do here.
I normally have very poor feelings when looking at most of what is put out to the public regarding real estate investing, and that's because so much of the rehashed, been-there-done-that courses I come across are tough to look at from an experienced investors standpoint.
They (the courses) leave me feeling like the point of the material was to make a sale of a course, not to really teach someone how to accomplish the skill of real estate investing, and those two points can be worlds apart, but the 'newbie investor' may not get that in time.
So, let my review of Nathan's course begin...

Is the My Short Sale Riches Information Worthy of My Money?
I get asked by friends all the time, "Scott, is this really worth my money?"
They see a new course that catches their eye and interest, and since they know me, my phone rings or an email comes through asking me to 'belss' their parting with their hard-earned money.
I am getting tons of calls and emails right now about this kid Nathan Jurewics, and I tell all my friends the same thing.
After careful review of everything outlined in his My Short Sale Riches course, and going over the every page of the course and listening to all the conference calls, my answer is a resounding YES, it's worth every penny.
The best thing about Nathan's course is that it truly is as close to auto pilot as you can get, short of getting up and operational initially.
The cool thing about that aspect of the Short Sale Riches course is that so many folks are still working full time jobs, and raising families, and they have to MAKE TIME to make money after hours.
That was one of my toughest challenges when I first began investing in real estate: finding the time to do it all, after a 13 hour day.
And that is no small feat for anybody, so any course that can simplify that process, and WORKS like it says it does, gets all my votes.
Every time.

The Real Truth About Real Estate Short Sales
As anyone who's ever worked real estate short sales will tell you, the negotiation time will drive you absolutely bonkers.
Crazy mad bonkers.
Between getting call centers in India, Panama, and the Philipines (I'm serious here, don't think I'm kidding), you can and sometimes will do very bad things to your phone set and you may even say very bad things to the people who keep you on hold for an hour, then magically disconnect the line somehow while you're waiting, meaning when you call back in you go further down the wait list...
Good times I tell you.
Good times.
Well, Nathan's My Short Sale Riches course oultines how to bypass all that wait time and have other firms do the work for you regarding your short sales, and again, this is brilliant on his part.
It's so brilliant, that my firm just opened a short sale negotiations office just for investors like Nathan trains.
I realized how huge a market that is, and I took his idea to BE the outsource firm that puts up with all that madness.
We're off to a great start, by the way...
Our prices to work short sales for investors and realtors is exceptionally reasonable, considering all the time spent on the average short sale negotiation, too.

Paul,
The course flat out works, dude, so say what you will.
Short sales are the largest investor opportunity in the nation right now, and they look to stay that way for another year or two.
Short sales are also extremely tough, if you are new to the investor game, and this course makes them much more process-driven and simple to execute.
Images used are for reference and visual accent, nothing more, nothing less.
Find reasons to succeed Paul, not reasons to complain: that's too easy and leads down the wrong path financially and mentally.

You are obviously paid by short sale riches, how else would/could you include their marketing images in you report? Give me a break.
