Should you wake up a child who's having a nightmare or just let him sleep it out?
68I will wake the kid up
For me, I will wake the kid up to avoid bad effects to her brain when she's alone.
Some bad dreams or nightmares will make your body freeze not in cold but in your repsonds to the bad dreams.
I know a woman who become hard when she dreamed that someone was chasing on her and she cannot move so in real life her body really stone and she needs to be awake so that she will not lost her breathe.
Some people died in a bad nigthmare because their body did not repond and find hard to move in their dreams and so in real life.
At one time,I had a dream that a witch was chasing me up in the cliff so I have to run as I can but I am lying in the bed so I find hard to breathe in real life.
If nobody woke me up I could have die by just being stoned in my bed.
I do not know the explanation why your body turn hard even if it's just a bad dream.
And you need to drink water right away because your throat is dry and you are exhausted from the bad dream.
