Ladies, I know you are overworked and underappreciated. You work, take care of the home, kids and probably everything else between the hours you rise in the morning and fall into bed at night. The last thing you feel like doing is trying to get your man to help out, but let me assure you that this will help turn the tides.

What you need is for your man to actually help you out. No, not really with all that you do, but with making it to bed and actually wanting to respond to him after your long day. What you don't need is for him to keep coming home, eating, belching, farting and then expecting you to put out and be sexy for him. How do you change this behavior?

If you follow my ten steps below, it will have the effect you desire. You need to realize that men are simple creatures really. They can be led to do things by the women they love, but you can't just say this is this and what I want to happen. You have to show them the way. They will be suspicious of you at first. It's just their nature. You have to reassure them that your only goal is to give them a little personal me time. I mean after all doesn't everyone deserve a little me time? Being the simple creatures that they are, they will agree with you.

The important thing to remember is that you want them to figure out this little hint on their own. No, goading, chiding, or reminding them of what you did for them is allowed.

Ok, on to the strategy:

 10.  Send the kids off for the evening to be picked up the next day.

  9.  Make him his favorite meal and serve it by candlelight at the dining room table.

  8.  Discuss his day and only his day. If he tries to bring up yours, stop him. Make it all about   him.

  7.  Let him relax after dinner.

  6.  While he is relaxing, draw him a bubble bath complete with candles.

  5.  Take him to the bath (you might get a little resistance but men really do like them too), help him undress and get settled into the bath.

  4.  Bring him a glass of wine or a frosty bottle of beer.

  3.  Scrub his back for him.

  2.  When he's drying off, change into a sexy outfit complete with garters and stockings.

  1.  Lead him to the bed, turn on some seductive dance music and perform a little number for him.

Let whatever happens next happen, enjoy the efforts of making your man feel like the king of his castle for the evening. You need to remember to keep it all about him. If he wants to take it slow, go slow, but I'd be willing to bet it's going to get pretty fast.

The next morning, you can be guaranteed that he is going to question you. He will want to know what the heck last night was all about. Again, reinforce your stance that you thought he could use a little pampering and me time.

He will leave for his day thinking and continue thinking all day. You have to know he is going to ask his buddies about it. I mean that is a given, because men are way worse than women in that department. It might take him a few days to get it or you might have to do this little show a couple of more times reinforcing your stance every time, but he will eventually figure it out. When he does, be prepared. Men are natural born competitors, so, he is going to try and out do what you've been doing.

Once the light bulb goes off in your man's head, sit back and reap the rewards of all your hard work and enjoy the new status of your relationship. Showing your man some love is the best way to get what you need and deserve from him.
