The Siamese breed has three types:
- Traditional Siamese
- Classic Siamese
- Extreme-Wedge Siamese
The Siamese cats may have one of four colors:
- Blue point
- Lilac point
- Seal point
- Chocolate point
Siamese cats characteristics:
- Siamese are very affectionate. They enjoy people's attention and can even demand it, and they are also good with children.
- Siamese are very extrovert. If they don't get the attention they need, they can be very vocal and make loud noises, that is way the Siamese cat is called "Meezer".
- Siamese are very intelligent. They have a very high communication level with their owners.
Very important to know:
Siamese cats are not outdoor cats. They need warm places to sleep in, and because of their friendly nature, it can really be dangerous for them.
An interesting fact about Siamese cats:
Siamese cats have a heat-sensitive gene. That causes the coat to be darker in the cooler ares, and lighter in the warmer areas.

I love my blue point and chocolate point. Our Siamese love to jump up on our shoulders and hang. I've had many breeds but none of them have the life force these guys have.
