Panic attacks are the byproduct of stress, when stress takes over you entirely; it causes anxiety and panic and panic attacks mean that you have surrendered yourself to stress and anxiety with the help of tension. Sings of panic attacks may cause pain and strain in your neck, shoulders, shins, and heart in the chest but there is nothing to worry about because you can handle it. Basically these panic attack symptoms are due to high blood pressure and the reason of high blood pressure includes excessive smoking, consumption of wine or alcohol or any other hallucinating drug, since these things travel through your blood to mind and thickened your blood which causes sensation and feeling of fear.

In generalized anxiety disorder panic attacks one starts fearing about daily life activities related to money, family, work etc. and get worried about them which in return brings anxiety disorder and panic attacks. In panic attacks person feels tension in muscles, bizarre , head ach, pain in shoulders, change in blood pressure, shortness of breath, dizziness, pain in chest and heart aches or palpitation, perspiration, rashes etc. the continues appearing of these things for at least five or six months is definitely a general anxiety disorder case or GAD.

Try to behave normal in panic attacks conditions and living healthy really does a lot including exercising while quitting smoking and alcoholic drinks maintain your diet. Getting puzzled on your generalized anxiety disorder panic attacks would take you in more difficult and dangerous situation, so rather do the corrective measures.

Panic Attack Agoraphobia

If you have been experiencing panic attacks dizziness, panic attack chest pain or any other panic attack symptoms and till now you have not come to know that what is this thing in which you are going and still fear it instead of doing something about it then there are chances that you are a victim of panic attack agoraphobia. This means you have developed more fear in your mind of panic anxiety attacks that’s you fear of coming it on you at anytime. People like this are afraid of going in crowds or wide open big places, fear of meeting people because they think that this thing can ruin their social relations.

This all is just the creation of your mind and nothing else; you can control your mind your thoughts as you want. In addition some people also become a victim of palpitation panic attacks they feel they are going to die because of heart attack whether their heart beats normal but in spite they feel it as very low or high. You can handle and tame panic attacks by taking necessary measures during the occurrence of signs of panic attacks.
