Silent Laughter

Must be quiet? Laugh Silently

Sitting in a room with people watching a drama on television. You are quietly spending time on your computer, your back to the rest.

Checking your email, you get the funniest jokes in the world from a friend. Instantly, you realize if you make a sound the reaction that would go through the room.

Your only choice? Silent laughter. Keep that mouth shut. Don't make a sound. No matter how much it hurts; you must keep this laughter inside.

What if you were say, in church, and saw something terribly funny happen. This would most likely involve a small child acting up. Impossible to laugh out loud. Once again, silent laughter.

Yes, it's much more fun to let that laughter out. Go with it. It's like a good medicine, maybe even better.

Let's all see how many times we can laugh today, and make ourselves feel so much better.

Things to smile about.

I have heard doctors say laughter is the best medicine. I laugh at the things I read in here all the time and dont care what people think, even in public. There should definitely be more laughter in the world instead of all the murders and trauma shown on TV put more laughs out there So PLEASE more funnies

Hi Eileen,

Absolutely. Not that I'm getting any older or anything (I'm at least 21), but the older I get, the more I realize:

laughter and smiles are where 'it's' at. bj
