Salmon with an Asian Flare

Here is a simple, budget-friendly salmon recipe that has an Asian flare:

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fillet
  • Garlic salt
  • Black pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • Lemon

(Note: There are no exact "measurements" required for this recipe.)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray baking dish with a cooking spray or oil
  3. Lay salmon fillet on baking dish and sprinkle generously with garlic salt; add coarse ground black pepper (to your taste)
  4. Sprinkle soy sauce evenly over top
  5. Add fresh lemon juice (remove seeds) - you can also use pre-squeezed lemon juice
  6. Bake salmon for 35-45 minutes

Serve and Enjoy!
