Many of us are not satisfied with our appearance and especially height. Becoming tall appears to be an unbridgeable task. But it’s not! Just doing some regular exercises, eating right food and following some other ways to get taller you will stimulate your growth hormone and make you taller. You may ask: “Is it expensive or painful to get taller?” The short answer is “not”. Many people practice natural and safe ways of getting taller and that really works.

Your body prompts you what you need to increase height. It reacts on right nutrition, regular exercises and good sleep hygiene and makes you taller and healthier. Perhaps, you’ve already heard a lot about this, but did not thought about the importance to our bodies.

Proper lifestyle includes right diet (it means not only minerals and vitamins intake, but absence of caffeine, alcohol, and fatty food, especially before bedtime), regular exercises (at least 30 minutes of workout per day without intensive exercises before bedtime) and sound sleep (7-8 hours per night, definite and a certain ceremony before bedtime to break the connection of sleep and stress, accumulated during the day).

And remember, growing tall is possible at any age, but some ways to get taller are more effective, comfortable and simply better than others. However, all of them demands on your time and physical and emotional effort.

Relationship between Height Growth and Environmental Factors

If you want to grow taller, you should pay attention to some important environmental factors that can greatly affect human height. Environmental factors are the factors that take place before a person reaches his or her adult height. Many people don’t attach proper importance to the environmental factors and don’t even admit that they can influence the height growth via production of the growth hormones, and accordingly make a person stop growing at all.

Now let’s consider the most obvious environmental factors, such as sunlight and stress (or anxiety). Sun gives our body plenty of vitamin D that provide growth spurt. That’s why you should spend as much time in direct sunlight as possible.

Another significant factor is stress. It also affects the process of growing in height greatly. The modern world is full of strain, irritation and anxiety. Many times people cannot think about anything else but their problems, and that's how they increase the risk of being even shorter than an average person (you can learn your natural height with a growth chart). In order to be free of stress, try different relax techniques, such as meditation, yoga, listening to quiet music, thinking about something positive, walking, etc.

So, now you know the relationships between environmental factors and height growth. Keep them in mind!

  • It will be a tall order for WyomissingReading Eagle3 days ago

Wyomissing lost several key starters, but the Spartans still figure to be in the mix with Oley Valley and Schuylkill Valley for the top spot in Division III of the Berks Conference. All five division teams are stressing defense, and it could translate into some low-scoring games.
